London Rail Recruitment was born of ambition. It has the ambition and vision of Managing Director Jean Chapman. Jean spent her early years as the Office Manager for Signalling Installation & Maintenance Services Limited (SIMS Ltd) and helped the company grow .It also has the expertise of Peter Chapman our Resources Consultant who played a key role as the Managing Director of SIMS from the beginning, helping to develop them to its current position within the recruitment of specialist signalling people. Between them Jean and Peter have over 20 years experience in the recruitment of signalling resource.

I have worked for London Rail Recruitment for 7 months as a point fitter. And I have to say, the way they have treated me has been spot on. When first meeting Peter he made me feel very comfortable in a very relaxed interview when he came to me in Chelmsford Essex where we went to a coffee shop and he told me about himself and London Rail Recruitment Limited.
This was going to be a big move for me because I had worked for London Underground/Metronet for 12 years, and he realised this, and told me all the pros and cons of contracting. This made things a lot more easy to deal with and there was nothing to hide with Peter and he told me all I needed to know and he was so easy to talk too from the minute I met him.
