Heathrow Loop Now Reopened

The Heathrow loop has now reopened, after being closed for almost 20 months. The project involved some of the most complicated signalling work since the Jubilee line extension in 1999. It required about 180km of new cabling in the tunnels connecting Heathrow to the rest of the network.

While this work was being undertaken there was a refurbishment at the Terminal 4 Station.
